We do not use Sea Buckthorn powders or extracts, only the pure oil which contains all of the bioactive substances. Unrefined Sea Buckthorn oil has not been refined, bleached or deodorized. The oil retains its natural scent, color, and nutritional benefits. Any refining process will remove much of the natural health benefits. Our oil contains both berry and seed oil.

Drawing on its rich history of traditional use in Eastern medicine, our goal when formulating products with Sea Buckthorn oil is to select the finest, certified organic, and unrefined oil to bring its nourishing properties to your skin. In addition, we add ingredients that can help soothe and comfort skin.

Please Note: The deep beta carotene orange color of Sea Buckthorn Oil may cause staining on skin, clothing, and surfaces. While staining of skin washes off easily, staining of clothes and linens should disappear after laundering but may also be permanent.
