FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Expect an email after paying for your cart to let you know your order is on the way!

NEIGHBORHOOD AND LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address. Neighborhood delivery is available for addresses within 5 miles of our shop. If the Neighborhood delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for Neighborhood delivery.

Local delivery is available for addresses within 20 miles of our shop. If the Local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for Local delivery.

Orders placed before 12pm CST during store hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST, Saturday 9am-1pm CST will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next business day we are open.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with delivery information.

Neighborhood Delivery: Less than 5 miles: Free, estimated delivery on business days only: Orders placed before 12pm CST Same Day-1 business day; After 12pm CST 1-2 business days.

Local Delivery: 5-20 miles: Order $100 and up, Free Local delivery: Order less than $100, $10 Local delivery rate: Estimated delivery on business days only: Orders placed before 12pm CST Same Day-1 business day; After 12pm CST 1-2 business days.

Economy: Free, Order $50 and up: 5-8 business days
Economy: $15 rate, Order less than $50: 5-8 business days

Standard: $20 rate, Order $50 and up: 3-4 business days
Standard: $25 rate, Order less than $50: 3-4 business days

Express: $30 rate, Order $50 and up: 1-2 business days
Express: $35 rate, Order less than $50: 1-2 business days

 

CANDLE SUMMER SHIPPING

Candle Summer Shipping through September - Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only.
Broluxe Ltd. Co. is based out of Austin, Tx. which experiences temperatures over 100°F during these months. We appreciate your understanding regarding our Candle Summer Shipping days to ensure the highest quality.

Although we offer year-round shipping on candles, in our commitment to keep the integrity of our candles in the same high quality condition pre-shipment during hot summer months, we have implemented precautionary measures to our Shipping Policy.
We will only ship orders containing candles on Monday evening, Tuesday evening, and Wednesday afternoon to prevent orders from being kept in non-climate control facilities/trucks over the weekend.
Any orders containing candles placed Wednesday after 12pm CST through Sunday will not ship out until the following Monday evening.
Overnight shipping will not be affected by this Candle Summer Shipping schedule.

Please take into consideration:

  • Packages containing candles are insulated and include a reusable ice pack. Insulation is eco-friendly, biodegradable, and compostable. Run under water, dissolves within minutes.
  • Candles will melt if left in the sun for extended periods of time.
  • We will email you a tracking number and the shipping carrier will provide an estimated delivery date and time.
  • Check your tracking number and bring your package inside immediately.
  • For additional protection, please try to either be home when your package is delivered, have it shipped to an office, or request a Signature Requirement on Delivery in the 'notes' section during the checkout process.
  • Once packages are confirmed Delivered by shipping provider, refunds, replacements, and discounts will not be given on orders placed without Signature Requirement on Delivery for melted products due to sitting out in the heat, missing, or stolen packages.
  • We will replace, refund, or discount candles that have been melted during shipment if a Signature Requirement on Delivery was requested and customer paid for Express or Standard Shipping cost only, and photographic proof of damage to the item and the shipping box is submitted to our customer service and approved within 48 hours of Delivery confirmation at our discretion.

Melted or Damaged Candles

  1. If your candle arrives melted or damaged due to high temperatures during shipping, please keep and take photos of the affected candle and packaging.
  2. Contact us at info@broluxe.us within 48 hours of receiving shipment to report issue. We will request additional information and photos to assess the situation and provide assistance during the claim filing process with the shipping carrier.
  3. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

All other products that are not affected by temperature will ship as normal.
